Agreement Overview
By using the website www.minotcoin.staging.mysites.io and availing yourself of any services provided by Minot Coin and Bullion, including but not limited to placing Sales Orders with Minot Coin and Bullion or submitting Purchase Orders to Minot Coin and Bullion, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement (“Agreement”). These terms and conditions apply to all transactions, including Sales and Purchases, conducted through the website, via telephone, or through any other means facilitated by Minot Coin and Bullion.
This User Agreement governs all Sale and Purchase transactions, including the placement of Sales Orders with Minot Coin and Bullion and submission of Purchase Orders to Minot Coin and Bullion, and is hereby incorporated by reference into and made an integral part of the Minot Coin and Bullion website.
1. Buying from Minot Coin and Bullion
Minimum Sales Orders – There is no minimum Sales Order for shipments within the U.S.
Sales Order Price Confirmations – When making a purchase online, the price at which your Sales Order is submitted is the locked-in price. The only additional charges applied by Minot Coin and Bullion are for shipping, handling, and insurance.
Cancellations of Sales Orders with Minot Coin and Bullion – Once a Sales Order confirmation is issued, all prices are locked-in, and a binding contract is established between the client and Minot Coin and Bullion for the transaction. Cancellation of Sales Orders is subject to our Market Loss Policy plus a cancellation fee.
Sales Order Changes – Sales Orders may not be changed once confirmed by Minot Coin and Bullion.
Sales Order Payment Requirements – Payment for Sales Orders must be received by Minot Coin and Bullion within 5 Business Days from the date the Sales Order is placed.
2. Payment
Payment instructions will be provided online upon completion of the Sales Order process and will also be sent via email. Payment must be dated within 24 hours of the Sales Order date. Minot Coin and Bullion does not accept C.O.D. Sales Orders.
Payment Options – Payment methods accepted by Minot Coin and Bullion include cash, checks, cashiers checks, deluxe Echecks, money orders, customer-initiated ACH/wire transfers, PayPal goods and services for a 3% fee, and credit/debit cards for a 4% fee with a $1000 maximum transaction.
Collection Period on Checks – Certified checks and cashier’s checks are deposited for collection, with a typical period of 5-10 Business Days before shipment authorization.
Wiring Funds – Wire instructions are provided by Minot Coin and Bullion upon confirmation of a Sales Order.
Good Funds Policy – Good funds are required for the release of Products, with additional delays possible if checks require further verification.
Credit Cards – Credit card payments may be accepted for a 4% fee with a $1000 maximum transaction, subject to review by Minot Coin and Bullion on an individual basis.
ACH or Online Payments for Sales Orders – Minot Coin and Bullion does accepts customer-initiated ACH transactions. Online bill payments in check form are accepted, with shipment occurring 5-10 Business Days after receipt of the check.
Currencies – Minot Coin and Bullion accepts payments in U.S. dollars (USD).
3. Shipping Products
Your Sales Orders are shipped by Minot Coin and Bullion via common carrier unless otherwise agreed upon between Minot Coin and Bullion and you based on specific circumstances, such as shipment weights or transaction amounts.
Insurance
Minot Coin and Bullion insures all Sales Order shipments to you while in transit for the sales value of the enclosed Product shipped from Minot Coin and Bullion, subject to the following conditions:
Physical Presence: You must be prepared to be physically present at the shipping address when the shipment is delivered by the common carrier.
Claims Process: Should any issue arise while your package is in transit to you by the common carrier, you may be permitted to claim coverage under our insurance policy provided that you directly receive the package from the common carrier.
Notification: Any lost package must be reported to Minot Coin and Bullion within thirty (30) days from the shipment date of your order. For packages received damaged or tampered with, notification must be made within two (2) days from the delivery date.
Responsibility for Package Reception: Minot Coin and Bullion and its insurance company are not liable if the common carrier delivers the package without your acceptance, signature, or to anyone other than the addressee.
Cooperation in Recovery Efforts: If you do not receive the package directly from the common carrier, you agree to take all reasonable actions to assist in the recovery of the package. Failure to fully cooperate
Resolution Process: If Products are lost or damaged in transit, Minot Coin and Bullion is responsible for pursuing any claim with the insurance company. Once the claim is filed, Minot Coin and Bullion reserves the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at its discretion, with no further liability to you.
4. Back Ordered Items
In the event of supply and demand problems, Minot Coin and Bullion reserves the right to delay delivery of your Sales Order(s) up to 28 calendar days from your expected shipping date to fulfill your order. Your price is locked-in provided you have not defaulted in any term of your completed transaction. For back-ordered Numismatic or supply items, Minot Coin and Bullion will either place them on back order, attempt to locate another, or issue a refund at its sole discretion. If a refund is provided or there is any delay in sending your Products, you waive any right to any claim or actual damages.
5. Binding Contract
Once you have placed a Sales Order to buy from Minot Coin and Bullion or a Purchase Order to sell to Minot Coin and Bullion, you have entered into a binding contract.
6. Pricing or Typographical Errors
We work hard to provide accurate Product and pricing information to you. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect list price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or Product information, Minot Coin and Bullion shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any Sales Orders or Purchase Orders placed by or sent to you for that item. We will either contact you for instructions or cancel your Sales Order or Purchase Order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If a refund is provided or there is any delay in sending you your Products or your payment, as the case may be, you waive any right to any claim or actual damages of any kind or nature whatsoever.
7. Terms of Use
This website is owned and operated by Minot Coin and Bullion. Access and use of this website is provided by Minot Coin and Bullion to you on condition that you accept these Terms of Use, and by accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use.
